F.T.C. Disclosure Page

THIS PAGE TO CLARIFY ALL SPONSOR RELATIONSHIPS AND FULFILL MY BLOGGER REQUIREMENT UNDER THE NEW FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) REGULATIONS FOR BLOGGERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA.

Everything written in this blog is my own opinion or the opinion of guest bloggers. All posts, regardless of the author, are carefully researched and are truthful to the best of my knowledge.

I am currently principal of Krecker & Company, a marketing agency. I also work part-time at Total Wine & More as a store associate. However, this blog is entirely independent of my role with Krecker & Company or Total Wine & More. I have the freedom to comment about any aspect of the industries discussed here without fear of punishment or opportunity for reward. This website is my own personal property and reflects my own opinions entirely.

When traveling in wine country, I often gain access to wineries that is not available to the general public. This is normal for professionals in the wine business and does not compromise my judgement or affect what I write. In addition, I often receive free tastings and generous industry discounts on purchases. I sometimes receive free items from wineries because of my work. If I should ever write about anything received free, I will indicate this in the specific blog post.

The businesses, their employees, winemakers, winery managers, and wineries that I write about have no control over what I write, photograph, or post on this blog. Nothing published here is advertising for any person or company, but instead is my own perspective.
